Acceptance

By using GhostChaser, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

GhostChaser is a driving coaching app for Gran Turismo 7 with two components:

• Driving (free): real-time audio and visual feedback on your device — brake and throttle tones, approach beeps, and your inputs drawn against a reference lap — based on telemetry received from your PlayStation 5 over your local network and reference lap data downloaded from our servers.
• Debriefs (subscription): an optional service that analyzes a saved session in the cloud — including AI-generated coaching — and delivers a written report to your email. Debriefs require a free account (email address).

Requirements

• A PlayStation 5 running Gran Turismo 7
• An iPhone or iPad on the same Wi-Fi network as the PS5
• An internet connection for downloading reference lap data
• For debriefs: an account with a valid email address

Subscriptions and Debrief Plans

• Driving, the tones, the live instruments and session recording are free. Subscriptions apply only to debriefs.
• Your first debrief is free. After that, debriefs require an auto-renewable monthly plan. Plans include a set number of debriefs per month; an unlimited plan is also offered, subject to fair use.
• A debrief is counted against your plan when its report is delivered. Unused debriefs do not roll over between months.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Accounts and Your Data

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account email — debrief reports are delivered there.
• Sessions you choose to save, and the coaching history derived from them, are stored to provide progress tracking over time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent and ends any active coaching history; it does not refund or cancel an Apple subscription — manage that in your Apple ID settings.

Fair Use

The unlimited plan is intended for one driver's genuine practice volume. We reserve the right to apply reasonable technical limits to preserve service quality for all users.

Intellectual Property

GhostChaser is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sony Interactive Entertainment, Polyphony Digital, or the Gran Turismo franchise. Gran Turismo and PlayStation are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment.

Disclaimer

GhostChaser is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of coaching feedback, reference lap data, telemetry interpretation, or AI-generated analysis. Coaching content is generated in part by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Use of the app is at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, McConnell Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of GhostChaser.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
